Do I have to purchase tickets in advance?

Yes, tickets must be purchased in advance. Our restaurants need time to prepare the delicious tastings. Tickets can be purchased up until 7pm the day before the tour. If you’d like to join the tour but have missed the window to purchase, please contact us at 307-200-8977 to see if we can make special arrangements.

Why are the tours $3 more than the ticket price states?

There is a $3 processing fee added on by EZ-Tix, the ticket processor. 

Where do we meet?

Currently our meeting place is at the intersection of West Simpson and Milward Avenue. There is a large parking garage and we will meet in front of the garage on the corner.  If you have trouble finding the tour, please call us at 307-200-8977.

Food restrictions?

Please notify us in advance for any allergies or food restrictions. We will be able to accommodate vegetarians on this tour. Certain restaurants may not be able to accommodate all food allergies.

What should I wear?

Summer – Smart casual wear and comfortable shoes. The weather in Jackson can be unpredictable, even in the summer, we will send you a weather forecast before your tour so that you can prepare accordingly.

Fall – Comfortable shoes and layers as temperatures may cool off by the end of the tour.

Winter – Non-slip warm shoes or boots, a warm jacket, and a hat and gloves.

Spring – Spring temperatures vary heavily in Jackson. We will send you a forecast to plan accordingly. As always, wear comfortable walking shoes.

Can I get a refund?

Due to the nature of tour and preparation needed to create the tour, there are no refunds. Rescheduling for another tour is possible if given at least a 48hr advance notice. In case of an emergency, please contact us at 307-200-8977.

Can my kids come?

Kids are welcome to join our tour. The tour does last 3 hours, so be sure your kids are really up for a culinary experience and walking tour. Infants who will not be eating are welcome and do not require a ticket. Please let us know if you are bringing an infant in the notes section at checkout. You should be able to navigate the sidewalks with a stroller.

How long is the tour?

Tours will last roughly 3 hours give or take 15-30 minutes on each side as time goes by fast when you are eating some delicious food.

Adult beverages?

Each adult tour ticket comes with a drink ticket that is good for a refreshing adult beverage of your choice at any of the restaurants we visit. All restaurants will provide water and most will have beverages for sale. Some restaurants may offer an adult beverage pairing with their food as well.

Gratuity?

Gratuity is included for the food on the tour. Use your own discretion for additional tips on the purchase of adult beverages. Tipping the tour guide is a great way to let us know you enjoyed the tour!

Are private tours available?

Yes, private tours are available if you have a party of 5 or more. To check availability, please contact us at 307-200-8977. Private tours must be booked at least 10 days in advance.

Private tours are great for corporate outings, birthday parties, family reunions or larger groups who just want to experience some of the best food Wyoming has to offer.

Do I have to purchase a ticket if I’m not eating?

Yes, all guests on the tour must have a ticket. The ticket costs help cover not only the cost of food but also wages for the tour guides.

How much food will be served on the tour?

The tour will stop at 4-6 restaurants for food samplings. The food samplings and beverages provided are not to replace dinner, but should leave you satisfied. We recommend eating a light or early lunch in order to have a good appetite for the start of the tour.

What types of food will be provided on the tour?

No tour will be exactly the same. You will experience a wide array of cuisine at some of the best restaurants Wyoming has to offer.

Do you have tours in other languages?

At this time we only have English-speaking tour guides.

Do you cancel for bad weather?

Tours run during rain or shine…and even on a powder day! We will send a weather report via email to help you plan accordingly.
